Terms of use
Last updated: 2026-05-17
1. The service
1invoice.online (the "Service") is provided by Dtech ("we", "us"). The Service is a web-based application for member, quote and invoice management aimed at associations and small businesses.
2. Account
To use the Service you need to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for all activity on your account. We use magic-link sign-in; no plain-text passwords are stored.
3. Subscription and payment
- Free: up to 15 members, AdSense-funded, no cost.
- Premium: SEK 79/month (~USD 8). 60-day trial on sign-up.
- Premium renews monthly until you cancel.
- Payments are handled by Stripe; we do not store card details.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel Premium any time from settings. After cancellation, you keep Premium features until the end of the paid period and then revert to Free.
We may suspend your account for breach of these terms or abuse of the Service.
5. Advertising (Free tier)
The Free tier is funded by ads served via Google AdSense. Ads are never shown to Premium users and never on the public invoice/quote pages (/q/ and /i/) that your customers see.
6. Your content
You own the content you put in (member lists, invoice data, logos). We use it solely to deliver the Service. See our privacy policy for details.
7. Availability
We strive for high availability but make no guarantees. The Service is provided as-is with no SLA on the Free tier.
8. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data losses exceeding fees paid in the last 12 months. You are responsible for backing up critical data via the export functions.
9. Changes
We may change these terms. Material changes are announced via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use means acceptance.
10. Governing law
Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled in the first instance by Swedish courts of general jurisdiction.
